SMS Program Terms

FieldKrow LLC ("FieldKrow") is involved in two kinds of text messaging. These terms cover both.

1. FieldKrow Account Alerts (texts from FieldKrow)

Program name: FieldKrow Account Alerts.

What you'll receive: messages about setting up and using your FieldKrow account, such as replies to your sign-up or support request, setup steps, account and billing notices, and alerts about your bookings, messages and payments in FieldKrow. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box on a fieldkrow.com form or in your FieldKrow account settings. The box is never pre-checked, and you do not have to agree to texts to sign up or buy anything.

2. Texts from businesses that use FieldKrow

Home-service businesses use FieldKrow to text their own customers. If you book with or give your number to one of these businesses and agree to receive texts, you may receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival and on-my-way updates, estimates, invoices, payment links, receipts, review requests, and replies to messages you send. Each message identifies the business sending it. That business, not FieldKrow, is the sender and is responsible for getting your consent and following the law.

Terms that apply to all FieldKrow messaging

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity or your bookings with the business.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL.
  • For help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
  • To rejoin: reply START or UNSTOP.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers and carriers that deliver the messages.
