Before you ask
Do I need a website?
No. If you have one, we connect its booking form to FieldKrow so bookings land in the app. If you don't, you can add jobs in the app yourself.
Is texting customers legal?
Yes, when it's done right. We help you register your texting number with the carriers, and FieldKrow handles STOP and HELP replies automatically and keeps a record of opt-outs. You are responsible for getting your customers' consent.
When can customers pay by card?
Card payments through Stripe are coming soon. When they launch, payments go straight to your own Stripe account. FieldKrow never holds your money.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Yearly plans are paid up front for the year.
