We quote any applicable one-time carrier registration fees for your approval before paid setup. Your subscription covers the monthly number and campaign costs for the number included in your plan. Your plan's text and call allowances still apply. Rejected or resubmitted registrations may incur additional fees, quoted for your approval before further paid work.
Choosing a number does not reserve or purchase it. Carrier approval and activation are required before texting starts; approval timing is not guaranteed.

Questions
Do I need a website?
No. You can add leads and jobs in the app. A FieldKrow booking page, shareable booking link and embeddable form are coming soon.
What is the demo?
A private copy with sample customers and jobs. Texts, emails and payments are switched off. The demo locks after 7 days and is deleted 24 hours later. Public demo access is not open yet; contact us for early access.
Whose number do my customers see?
Pro and Business are designed to use a local business number. Customer texting and calling are not live yet. We help with carrier registration, which requires carrier approval.
What happens if I use all my texts?
Text allowances and extra text packs are planned. Self-serve text-pack purchases and an in-app usage counter are not available yet. Contact [email protected] for help with usage and limits.
How do I get paid?
Record cash, checks and payments taken elsewhere on the job today. Card payments, payment links with tips and Stripe card readers are coming soon. Once cards launch, Stripe processing fees apply and Free is planned to add a 1% platform fee; Pro and Business add none.
I run more than one business name. Can I use one account?
Yes. Extra brands are a Pro and Business add-on at $8 a month each. Number setup requires carrier approval. A FieldKrow booking form is coming soon.

Yes. FieldKrow runs in your phone's browser and installs to your home screen. Your jobs for the day stay readable when you lose signal.
